Her Fitness Story
From an impulsive “I want to lose weight” to a sensible “I want to lose weight to feel better ” my fitness journey has evolved over time. As a University teacher, a single child and a mother to a 12 year old, I have been juggling multiple responsibilities at home and work.
Personally, after doing the exercises for 8 months now I have lost inches around the waist and abdomen which years of gym-ing failed to achieve. Scientifically put with a little input one gets a lot in terms of output. Gone are those days of commuting to the gym, exerting and coming back feeling exhausted.

Being an Indian Army officer’s daughter being fit and active was a part of life as a child -was a sportsperson throughout school and college- truly enjoyed running , swimming and dancing.
When I first started out 3 months ago I was really surprised by how I never felt tired at the end of each exercise but actually energized mentally and physically. Not only was I able to continue everyday but never felt like quitting. The entire program was so well designed and approachable even for someone like me.
Today, I love my body, I feel great, I look good, I have more energy than ever to engage with life and I feel like the younger version of myself when I look at myself in the mirror. I could not be happier. Most importantly, I am proud to set an example for my growing daughter who sees mommy make healthier choices almost all the time.
I lost 10 kgs in 6 months healthfully – no fad diets, no supplements, no liquid diets and no starvation. Just through proper nutrition habits, regular exercise regime, stress management, sleep and water. I gained energy and became happier in life. I was able to achieve this feat despite having undergone Hysterectomy.
I manage home and work while excelling in my health. I found the strategies easy and flexible to follow. With a firm Mindset and support of my family, I was able to achieve this admirable feat. I got relief from knee pain, back pain. Now I also feel more confident to go shopping and meeting my friends.

There is no sagging of body, feels tight and firm, has been able to make more time for myself by learning delegation and assertiveness in the program.
I improved my health,relationships and also positively influenced my family. I was able to reduce Hypothyroidism, pre-diabetes and cholesterol as well. The journey was not just about weight loss, it was about my inner transformation where I gained my confidence and self esteem back.
