RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This Return and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the refund and cancellation of purchases made for programs offered by Navitae (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), having its principal place of business at Prestige St. Johns Woods, D501, Bangalore 560029.
By purchasing any program from Navitae, You (the “Customer” or “You”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy. If You do not agree with any part of this Policy, You should refrain from purchasing any program.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:

“Program” refers to memberships, subscriptions, or courses offered for sale by Navitae.

“Order” refers to a formal request made by You to purchase a Program from Navitae.

“You” refers to the individual, company, or legal entity that accesses or uses any of our Programs.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policies
2.1 Platinum Membership

Refund Policy: All fees paid towards the Platinum Membership are strictly non-refundable, regardless of completion, adherence, or satisfaction with the Program.

Cancellation Policy: The Customer agrees to pay all fees in advance at the beginning of each membership cycle.

Shipping Policy: No physical products will be shipped. The customized plan shall be delivered within two (2) business days from the date of submission of all required assessment details.

Transfer Policy: Memberships and subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to any other individual or entity.
2.2 Diamond Membership

Seat Block Payment: Non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deposit Refund Requests: A full refund shall be processed only if the refund request is submitted within two (2) days (48 hours) of the payment. Upon processing of the refund, all associated access and privileges shall be revoked immediately.

Membership Cancellation: Failure to remit installment payments shall result in immediate termination of the membership, revocation of access, and forfeiture of all associated benefits.

Transfer Policy: Memberships and subscriptions are non-transferable.
2.3 Gold Membership

Refund Policy: The fees paid for the Gold Membership are strictly non-refundable.

Transfer Policy: Memberships and subscriptions are non-transferable and non-assignable.
2.4 Silver Membership

Refund Requests: Refund requests shall be honored only if submitted within three (3) days (72 hours) of payment. A full refund will be granted upon timely submission of such requests.

Transfer Policy: Memberships and subscriptions are non-transferable.
2.5 Health Coaching Program

Seat Block Payment: The seat block payment is strictly non-refundable.

Refund Requests: Once a Health Coach has been launched and introduced to the community, no termination or refund requests shall be processed.

Misconduct Clause: If a coach is found engaging in misconduct, misleading behavior, or unauthorized self-promotion, the Company reserves the right to terminate their association with immediate effect, without eligibility for a refund.

Transfer Policy: Memberships and subscriptions are non-transferable.
3. Limited Time Offers

In the case of limited-time offers, if You fail to make the payment(s) within the stipulated date(s), Navitae reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either honor or reject the payment towards the offer. The Company shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from such rejection.

Any seat block payment made towards a limited-time offer is exclusively applicable to that specific offer. This deposit cannot be applied, transferred, or adjusted against any future offers, payments, or products. It serves solely as a seat block amount for the designated offer and shall not be considered for any other purchases or transactions within Navitae.
4. General Terms

Any refunds, where applicable, shall be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

Navitae reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate this Policy at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

By purchasing any Program, You acknowledge and accept that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore including consumer court and forum shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes.
