Navitae Terms & Conditions

1. Age Requirement

By enrolling in any Navitae program, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are voluntarily participating in a nutrition and lifestyle coaching program.


2. Medical Disclosure

You confirm that you have truthfully disclosed all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and ongoing treatments that may affect your participation.
All shared information will be kept confidential and used solely for creating your personalized plan.


3. Medical Disclaimer

Navitae programs (including StrongifyMe, Body Revive, Diamond Membership, Bootcamps, and associated offerings) are educational and wellness-based programs intended to promote better lifestyle, fitness, and wellbeing.

Navitae and its coaches are not medical practitioners and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition.
You acknowledge that:

  • Any improvements in medical parameters (e.g., blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, etc.) are natural outcomes of lifestyle changes, not medical treatment.

  • You must not discontinue, alter, or reduce any prescribed medication without consulting your doctor.

  • Navitae shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects or health complications resulting from failure to seek appropriate medical supervision.


4. Program Outcomes

Results vary based on individual factors such as age, sleep, stress, hormonal balance, metabolism, and adherence.
Navitae does not guarantee specific results, medical recovery, or fat/weight loss outcomes.
All shared testimonials or success stories are individual experiences and not guaranteed for all participants.


5. Program Support and Updates

During your enrolled period, your coach will provide support, guidance, and plan updates to help you progress towards your health goals.
However, results depend on your active participation, consistency, and adherence to the recommendations provided.


6. Delivery of Plan

There are no physical products.
Your personalized plan will be shared within 2 business days after you have submitted all necessary assessment details and medical reports required for program design.


7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

By enrolling, you agree to review and abide by this policy in full.


8. Transfer of Membership

Memberships, subscriptions, and access to Navitae programs are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another person.


9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Navitae respects your privacy. All personal data, assessments, reports, and communication will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your written consent.
Information collected is used only to deliver and improve the Navitae program experience.


10. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
Navitae, its founder, and associated coaches shall not be held liable for any injuries, medical issues, or damages arising from your participation or reliance on the recommendations provided.


11. Emergency Clause

In case of any medical emergency or unexpected reaction, you agree to stop all program activities immediately and seek medical assistance from a qualified healthcare provider.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a Navitae program or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the related Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
