How to manage Uterine Fibroids naturally

Fibroids are abnormal growths in the uterus. Fibroids aren’t cancerous or life threatening, but they can sometimes cause complications and health problems.

Almost 80% of women have fibroids. Being Overweight, having someone in the family with fibroids, can increase the risk of Uterine fibroids.

They can cause many complications – heavy bleeding, constipation, cramps etc..

In this post, I will cover few tips with which you can lower the risk of uterine fibroids. This post does not replace a doctor’s advice or medical attention. If your symptoms are out of control, I  strongly recommend to meet your physician.

What can you do –

  1. Have high fibre, low processed food – fresh vegetables, fruits, legumes, fish. Some studies indicate that red meat may increase the risk of fibroids.犀利士5mg
  2. Balance your hormones. Too much of estrogen can increase the risk. The way you can manage that is by reducing weight. Fat cells produce more estrogen. So losing weight may help prevent or slow the growth of hormones.
  3. Green tea may help with reducing inflammation and high estrogen in the body. So you may try that.
  4. Few studies have shown the link of high blood pressure with severe fibroids. Though more research is needed, it is anyway healthy to keep your blood pressure in check by exercising regularly and, losing weight,  limiting alcohol,  reducing intake of processed and packaged food.
  5. Few studies have shown that Vit D can help reduce the risk of uterine fibroids. Get under the sun for 15-20 mins every day.

Stay fit, stay healthy, stay happy.
